Chrysoulla's Music School offers one-to-one private piano lessons, composition lessons, HSC music lessons and music theory lessons. All lessons are taught by Chrysoulla, who is currently studying a Bachelor of Music/ Bachelor of Education at the University of New South Wales (UNSW). Chrysoulla loves sharing her passion for music with her students, in a variety of fun and creative ways. While Chrysoulla aims to cater for students' preferred musical tastes, she also exposes students to a variety of musical genres, skills and pathways, which she believes are necessary for the development of a well-rounded musical knowledge. Her ultimate mission is to immerse students in the magical world of music; where one learns to appreciate all music, sets on a journey to discover their musical voice and where growing and learning never ends!
Aside from teaching, Chrysoulla is a composer with a passion for film and theatre composition. Chrysoulla recently won the 'Glories of the Score Student Screen Music Competition for Best Original Score by a Tertiary Student' (2017) for her alternative score for Erhan Yürük's short film 'Tamah'. As one of eight young composers selected nationwide for the 'Artology Fanfare Competition' (2016), Chrysoulla's composition 'The Epiphany' was played by the Australian Youth Orchestra (AYO) and was used as a cue bell in the Sydney Opera House, Art gallery of NSW and Perth concert hall (2017). Chrysoulla has also worked closely with the Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) and Millstone Productions, composing the music for the stage productions 'Moth' (2017), 'Oedipus Doesn't Live Here Anymore' (2017) and 'Fight With All Your Might The Zombies of Tonight' (2016).
